The double room is furnished with access to shared bathroom. The bathroom has shower and bath.
The kitchen is shared with cooking facilities and a washing machine. The house is very clean and tidy. There is wifi available. Would suit professional person. Two indoor cats live in this household but are kept separate from the bedrooms and shared areas.

I would suggest that a car is essential, there is off-road parking.

The location is close to the Clwydian range. There is a local village country pub (the Cross Foxes) which offers food with themes such as 'pizza' night and other events. There is an Indian restaurant/ take away within walking distance (the Indian Lounge) as well as a delightful wine bar/restaurant (the Cherry Pie).

The location is close to the Clwydian range, there are lovely walks, and even an outdoor fitness class.
