Generous double bedroom in a rural location.

Looking to let out a room on a short term basis. Change of circumstances mean I’m in a house that’s too big for one. Room is spacious and airy. Double bed and own use bathroom available. Rural location but close to roads/Mold. House has fields front and back. I’m a university lecturer in Liverpool looking to rent to a professional. I have a quiet house and I don’t have any pets. I work Mon-Fri but occasionally work from home. Communal kitchen and living room.. Garage storage for bikes if needed and off road parking. fantastic countryside walks and village pubs from the door. I’m often out on weekday evenings running and cycling and am frequently out running, climbing and kayaking at weekends. I like cooking and would be happy to have some company and social in the house too.
