Single and double rooms

I have just had a single and double room become available. Both rooms in the flat are located within a large flat converted house, which means both rooms are large compared to modern houses.
The single room has a double leather sofa, desk and walk in wardrobe area.
The double has a wardrobe, chest of draws, coffee table, book case and 50" LCD TV.
There is a large new kitchen used as the main meeting area and bathroom shared by everyone and is cleaned regularly each week. There is off road parking and gardens that are currently being redeveloped.
Previous tenants have ranged from students studying locally and travelling via train to Bangor university. Nurses and doctors working bank/locum between all three district hospitals in north wales.
