Room to let near Garth llan way

Room to let near garth sharing with one other lovely rural property I have three dogs and a cat. Both rooms are partly furnished with wardrobe some other furniture. If both rooms go it will mean both guests sharing the main bathroom.. Any questions please ask, The room includes all bills I would prefer professional people that can provide references. There is plenty of parking at the property and large garden. It is a must that you are okay with dogs and cats as have both. Thanks
