A double bedroom which is furnished available in Prestatyn.

I am looking for a professional Person, who is a non smoker and dose not mind dogs.

I am a live in Landlord and have a 8 month old puppy.

Room will include a double bed, curtains, a blind, a bin, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Room consists of white walls and a grey carpet.
(WARDROBE NOT YET DELIVERED BUT WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE ROOM)
Living room, kitchen, bathroom and garage is shared. This also includes Broadband and Sky.

The entire property was recently renovated last year.

30 second drive to the nearest shop and a 30 second walk to a woodland area with a playing field,

5 mins to the Beach
3 minutes to town centre
15 minutes to Glan Clwyd Hospital.
