I have 1 double room available for a house share so communal areas, kitchen, bathroom, lounge, are shared. Close to all amenities. Bus stop, schools, convenience shop, short walk to town and railway station. The property is on the market so please be aware that there would be viewings but we would let you know when. Your room can be free from viewing if you prefer but communal areas will be accessed. Gas, electric, wifi, council tax & water rates are all included but because everything is metered, we ask you to be aware of usage (and we check weekly as top ups are needed). There is parking for one on the drive but space outside for another. Looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful of the property and the neighbours and, of course, their house mate. If you would like to view, please feel free to contact. The room has a double bed, clothes rail, bedside table, small chest of drawers or cupboard. There’s a family bathroom with bath and shower. Lounge with TV - open plan kitchen diner and downstairs loo. Would ideally suit someone on work placement.
Although I haven’t specified length of booking - I don’t want to do just weekly rentals - fortnightly minimum, monthly preferable. Female renter here atm. With this being a shared accommodation, I ask you to be kind and considerate to your room mate.
