Looking for a lodger in this bright double room

I'm looking for a lodger to share my house in Meliden, the room is bright with lots of storage and lovely views. The house has a shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge, office and a large garden. It sits at the bottom of Meliden mountain which is great for walks and bike rides.

Ideally you would want to live here long term on a monthly rolling contract. Rent for a single occupant is £550pcm and £1000pcm for a couple. Council tax and wifi is included but gas, electricity and water bills will be split equally.

I'm a design lecturer working in Manchester, I spend most of my time in Manchester but do come back every couple of weeks so you will have the house to yourself a lot of the time. I'm a liberal, arty, open minded guy and when I'm home I spend my time decorating, hiking or visiting family and friends .

Ideally I would be looking for someone I can trust to look after the house while I'm away, someone who is friendly, open minded and respectful. I like a peaceful home and would like to get along with my housemate. I don't mind smokers if you smoke outside and I'm happy to consider pets.

I'm still decorating parts of the house so hopefully you don't mind me pottering around during the days that I'm home. The room is fully furnished but happy for you to change it to your taste.
