I have one single room available for rent at an excellent price in a shared house. It is the smallest room in this property, but it is a fair size for a single.

The house has a large kitchen fully furnished with all the necessities. We also have an area adjoining the kitchen for the washing machine and a vented tumble dryer. Each person has their own space in the cupboards and fridge for personal belongings and groceries.

We are considerate people, and we treat the house and each other with respect. We hope to find a housemate with similar qualities. We understand that having fun is part of our life, but unfortunately, we don’t accept parties and barbeques with outside people except special ocassions. If you are looking for a friendly and quiet place to live, then this room is for you.
