Spacious Spare Room Available

I'm looking for a friendly, clean, professional and bubbly female who is willing to share a house with me for the maximum of six months or more (depending on circumstances).
The house is near the town centre. The occupant will have access to a washing machine, fridge, freezer, internet access, shower/bath, wc and a spacious double bed too. There's room for parking outside on the street.
