Free room

Strange idea that I’ve had which is to provide a free single room to an individual in return for help looking after my dog and doing odd jobs around the house such as help with gardening in the spring and summer. It is a basic small room. All bills included. The person must be a dog lover. The expectation would be spending time with the dog and contributing toward walks so that in exchange I can do things like the gym after work.
I work Monday to Friday 9-5.
Would consider full time lodger.
Anyway. There is the crazy idea.
