The house is in a very quiet neighbourhood in the middle of Rhos on Sea, We are 2 minutes walk from the seafront, 10 minutes walk from the village centre, 10 minutes walk from Llandrillo college and 5 minutes walk from the golf club. There is a fully equipped shared kitchen with all new appliances and a shared bathroom with power shower. The house has central heating, Fibre wireless internet, Washing machine/dryer, Fire alarm, Emergency lighting, Back garden with a patio and off road parking for 1 car. The house is fully managed by a local house manager and all deposits are placed with the deposit protection scheme.
