Single room, can fit a double bed in the room, offered in modern flat, I have just decorated it and there are curtains up (Updated pictures to follow). The flat is 10 mins walk away from Rhos promenade, shops, pubs, 5 mins walk from Hickorys. It is a 10 minute drive to Llandudno and Colwyn Bay. Shared bathroom and lounge/diner/kitchen. I've got broadband and Sky. Rent is inclusive of bills and I am away Monday morning to Friday teatime, so you would have the place to yourself 4 nights a week. Big screen tele (50") in lounge, dvd player etc. Kitchen has oven, microwave and washing machine. Email me if interested. I require no deposit just a months rent upfront.
