Lovely top floor flat in a converted semi detached house in a quiet and attractive area of Rhos on sea.
The room is fully furnished with a double bed large wardrobe, flat screen television and broadband, the flat is clean and modern with a large lounge and lovely kitchen which is shared as is the bathroom.
There is parking on the street directly outside the flat which is a really safe area.
Rhos on sea beach is a 2 minute walk away and it's a quick 5 minute walk to the town and local amenities.
We're a friendly easygoing couple and are looking for a likeminded flatmates, we both work 9-5 jobs and are often away at weekends so you would have the place to yourself. Couples welcome but we would ask for an extra £75 per month on the rent.
