Description

We are a friendly, professional couple who live in a large house in Rhos on Sea. Our children have flown the nest so we have a double room to let out.
The tenant would have use of a
large breakfast kitchen, utility room
with fridge space, microwave, airfryer
washing machine and tumble dryer. Also access to a dining room/ sitting room with television.. Freezer space is also available. There is a downstairs toilet also.
Our living room would remain private to us.
There is off road parking and a
lovely garden with various sitting in the sun areas.
The room , which will be available
around the beginning of January is on the first floor at the side of the house and is very private and quiet. It is next to the large family bathroom. I It has a double bed, desk and chair , wardrobe, chest of drawers and comfy chair . All bedding is provided. It also has a, iron, ironing board and kettle .
We are looking for a busy, professional person not working from home.
We have an en suite so the large bathroom/ shower room would be mainly used by the tenants
except when our children are visiting
home or when we require the bath
We have a 2 year old whippet who is very friendly.
Wi fi is included . Space for a bike is included too and off road parking.
You can even borrow one of our
bikes.
The house has the required smoke
detectors and we also have a
carbon monoxide detector fitted. We can provide a copy of our gas
safety check also.
We are very near Llandrillo College, and bus stops and A55. Also 1 minute from the promenade and beach as well .
It is a 5 minute walk into Rhos village centre with shops cafes, restaurants , takeaways and a gym.
We are a strictly no smoking or vaping in the house or
We are currently up for sale but being in a higher price category and a depressed housing market we doubt very much we will sell anytime soon.
We really are just testing the market.
We would also prefer a female lodger but the right fit is important.
