Double bedroom in a friendly pet loving home

I have a double room available downstairs in my friendly home.

The Blue room
Fitted wardrobes (1 double and 1 single)
a double bed (with IKEA VESTERÖY medium firm mattress), light, malm 4 drawer, mirror and a corner desk with chair.

Towels and Bedding (duvet, pillows, linen) is optional extra, which we can discuss when viewing.

Shared Spaces:

🔹 Fully equipped kitchen (no microwave but have airfryer)

🔹 Bathroom downstairs with toilet and shower is shared and also used as utility room

Parking is available, only we need to coordinate who needs to leave when to avoid parking each other in, or parking on the road. Easy access to Chester and Wrexham from the A483 by car. Good bus routes from Rhos and Johnstown to Wrexham, Llangollen and Oswestry.

This is a home for the right person.

Please note: There is a ball-loving border collie and 4 short-haired cats, so I am looking for someone who is comfortable with them being free roaming in the house and garden.

Already have a female lodger (young professional) in the second bedroom upstairs.

I work from home in software development. I enjoy cooking (and am happy to cook meals together if we agree on a food budget).
On weekends, I'm normally away on a hiking adventure together with my dog, in my campervan.
