House in village 4 miles from wrexham good bus services every 15 minutes I would consider single / a couple / working guys on temp jobs may consider- could do evening meal for a supplement - Rent will be slightly different if 2 sharing although the room has a double bed and one put up single bed there are two sitting rooms one for your use only one shared b/room and shower and toilet there is a toilet downstairs there will be use of washing machine / no dryer shared kitchen and wifi .
