The following ad is for an en-suite Single ROOM In a functioning Guesthouse, with bills and basic facilities included - NOT a flat or a house share!

Length of stay is negotiable.

Ideally suited to contractors, NHS staff or working individuals, It is a room in a guesthouse, at less than half our 'retail' price. Please understand that we have reduced the price as much as possible so 'haggling' will not be welcomed but a price drop could be applied for the right (long stay) person after a 2 week settling in period.

Hello to all interested. We offer a laid back and relaxed living environment and can offer flexibility for interested individuals. PLEASE READ the ADVERT FULLY and feel free to ask anything that you'd like to know a bit more about :)

Apologies for the following stipulations but they have come from experience unfortunately!

Sorry but we do NOT permit visitors or partners to visit or stay at any time, this is for security, privacy, peace and safety during your stay and for our other guests.

The room is offered on a ROOM ONLY basis (no guesthouse experience or expectancy please. It will be up to the individual to buy their own toilet rolls etc), although linen is provided and fresh linen supplied on a weekly basis, the individual will be responsible for the cleaning of their own room during their stay unless otherwise arranged. A TV, kettle and a small fridge is also provided in the room.

All bills are included in the room price and also free WiFi with a good signal strength.

NO LAUNDRY SERVICES or FACILITIES INCLUDED sorry.
We are ideally situated with a laundrette at the end of the road.

You will have full use of the dining room where microwave, toaster, etc crockery and cutlery are provided. But unfortunately no kitchen access or facilities (ie sink or hob / stove). You can leave all used crockery, cutlery etc for us to clean for you.

There is a number of convenience shops, takeaways and supermarkets close by.

For those working at the hospital: we are 5 miles from Glan Clwyd hospital, approximately 20-25 mins via bus. There is a bus stop at the end of the road or 10 mins walk to the main bus station for a direct bus.

The proprietors live in a separate part of the guesthouse and use the winter months to remove themselves from the service part of the business so would very much prefer to accommodate individuals who prefer to keep themselves to themselves and who are fully independent.
