Clean and cosy, with single bed, wardrobe, side table and lamp. Use of washing machine, microwave, oven and hob, and a shared lounge/dining room with large screen television. Cooking utensils, plates, bowls and cutlery available, or bring your own. Cupboard and space in the fridge and freezer are included. Shared shower, toilet and sink, you will need to buy your own toiletries etc
House in in a cul-de-sac, opposite a church, and there is on street parking. Railway station and bus station within walking distance, and you will be in town then with bars and restaurants, popular shopping centre with all the usual takeaways. There's a shopping park with places like The Range, Aldi, Farm foods, Costa coffee and more.
We are a happily married, easy going couple, but do expect tenants to clean up after them and be tidy and respectful in regards to noise and people in the house, in other words no party animals 😉
