Large downstairs bedroom

We’ve converted the front lounge into a bedroom with a partition wall. It’s a large room which includes a king sized bed. I live here with my son, both of us are working and he’s in college. We also have a small dog. Shared spaces are the living room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom and garden. Garden has a decking area and some seating.

We are close to Rhyl leisure centre and only 5/10 mins from the train station.
