Cosy single bedroom

As the title, this is a cosy single bedroom, but has a double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a side table, along with a small screen television. You also have access to a bathroom including a shower and of course toilet.
You will have access to a shared dining room, with a television, we would prefer you to eat in there rather than your room, bear in mind it will be shared. We have our own living room just for our privacy, but we also move about in the whole house, we do sometimes eat in the dining room, but are happy to move into our living room to give you more space.
There is on street parking, if you have a car, but we are only a ten minute walk from the train and bus station, and to the town centre
There is a shared washing machine, shower and kitchen.
This is a shared house (not a b&b, so we expect you to keep your own room clean and tidy, and take some responsibility for the cleaning of the bathroom, I'm not responsible for cleaning everywhere, though I do tidy as I go about my business.
Security of the house is a responsibility for everyone, make sure doors are locked when you go out, as you would your own home, make sure everything is turned off.

We are a happy couple that enjoy life and we want you to feel at home, if you have a problem, don't fester, ask us and we will try and sort it.

We sometimes look after our friends/family dogs, so pet friendly, but we don't have our own pets.
