Need a roomie!

Come out of a 10 year relationship, unfortunately moved into the flat above me but I cant afford to be here on my own nor move out on my own. Would like to make this a permanent thing, maybe look for somewhere else with someone? The place is lovely, Ive lived here for nearly 9 years, its been a home to me. For now, it makes sense someone moving in with me and moving after when we're settled. Please feel free to message me. I have a 5 year old house cat but hes no bother. If you smoke, we go outside.
