Ray and Dawn

We are a married couple whose children have all left home.
Our house was built around 1900 and used to be a B&B, but has been our family home for over 20 years. We are looking to rent one large 2nd floor furnished bedroom with en-suite. There is shared use of the kitchen and laundry room with the other tenants.
Utilities are included subject to sensible use of heating and drying.
We are within minutes of the seafront, the town centre and the railway station. Street parking is restricted to residents only and costs £28 a year..

We also host a lady from Ukraine who also shares the kitchen and laundry.
