This large clean bed/sitting room has a double bed, clothes rail, an en-suite and a very small kitchen area with microwave and tabletop hob (there is no oven). There is also a fridge freezer. It is situated above a restaurant on the first floor and accessed from the back of the restaurant. There is a wi-fi connection and that is included in the rent.

It's right in the centre of town, a few minutes walk from the train station and main high street. A launderette is about 7 minutes walk away.

There is limited on-street parking.

It would suit a single professional or retired person.

£300 deposit required.

It is essential that a reference from your current landlord is provided along with a rental guarantor.
