A bright, fully furnished double room available in a peaceful detached home on the Maes y Gog estate (Rhyl–Dyserth Road), tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac.

Shared use of kitchen, spacious living/dining room, cosy garden room, decking area, and a snug with TV & musical instruments.

Shared with myself (Angela, 58, professional) and my daughter (23, professional, works from home).
We’re friendly, easy-going, non-smokers, pet-free, and value a calm, respectful home.
Street parking available outside the house (driveway spaces are allocated unless one of us is away).

👋 About You
Ideally a professional female lodger, friendly, considerate, and happy in a peaceful household.
Short-term lets preferred (up to 6 months), with flexibility to extend by mutual agreement.

We just ask that shared spaces are kept tidy and your room/bathroom maintained
Deposit, references, lodger’s agreement, and one month’s rent in advance required.
