We have a beautifully refurbished room available in our peaceful, detached four-bedroom home, tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac on the Maes y Gog estate (Rhyl to Dyserth Road).

🛏️ Your Room:
Freshly redecorated and fully furnished
Includes a double bed, double fitted wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers, and extra storage unit
You’ll have your own bathroom
Shared access to the kitchen, spacious living/dining room, cosy garden room, and outdoor decking area
(Please note: You’ll need to bring your own bedding and towels.)

🏠 About the Home:
Warm, clean, and friendly atmosphere
Shared with myself (a 58-year-old professional woman) and my 23-year-old professional daughter who works from home.
Street parking only (driveway spaces are already allocated)
Shared use of utility room and all main living areas

👀 Who We’re Looking For:
We’d love to welcome a professional female lodger who is friendly, respectful, clean, and tidy. Female preferred as other persons within household are female. Short term lets preferably up to 6 months can be extended by mutual agreement ..

Please note the following before applying:

This is a lodgings arrangement.
No guests (day or night) without prior discussion.

Cleanliness is important – please maintain your room and bathroom weekly and clean up after yourself in shared areas

A lodger’s contract, deposit, references, and one month’s rent in advance are required

Unfortunately, we are not accepting applications from males or couples due to this household currently being female occupants
