A furnished double room available in a peaceful detached home on the Maes y Gog estate (Rhyl–Dyserth Road), tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac.

📍 Great location:
5 mins to beach, theatre & Rhyl station (drive)
Leisure centre – 10 min walk
PureGym – 5 min drive
Prestatyn shopping – 10 min drive
YGC Hospital – 10 min drive
YGC by bus is a bit more of a trek it involves either walking into Rhyl town 20 mins and get bus from there or walk to pendyffryn road (15 mins) to get it from there or get a bus from house and get 2nd bus from Rhyl bus depot.

Shared with myself (Angela, 59 professional) and my daughter (24 professional, works from home office).
We’re friendly, easy-going, non-smokers, pet-free, and value a calm, respectful home.
Street parking available outside the house (driveway spaces are allocated unless one of us is away you can use no problem ).

👋 About You
Ideally a professional female lodger, not working from home due to daughter already working from home , friendly, considerate, and happy in a peaceful household.
Short-term lets preferred (up to 6 months), with flexibility to extend by mutual agreement.

Occasional visitors welcome with prior discussion
We just ask that shared spaces are kept tidy and your room/bathroom maintained
Deposit, references, lodger’s agreement, and one month’s rent in advance required.
