Excellent local amenities in Rossett village, shops, pubs, hotels (inc gyms) and restaurants. Launderette 5 miles away in Bradley. Frequent bus service if required (number 1) between Chester and Wrexham.

The sleeping area has a king size bed, bedside cabinet, hanging rail & chest of drawers.

The lounge area has two 2 seater settees, coffee table & 40” TV, unlimited fibre broadband.

The kitchen area has a dining table & chairs, full size fridge, double induction hob, air fryer, combi microwave, dishwasher, slow cooker, steamer, toaster & kettle. Crockery, glasses, cutlery, pans etc. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer available on request.

We are looking for a quiet, tidy flatmate to rent 4 nights a week. Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday. (Occasional weekends negotiable for an additional fee of £30 per extra night). Bills included.
