Excellent local amenities in Rossett village, shops, pubs, hotels (inc gyms) and restaurants. Launderette 5 miles away in Bradley.: or Borras. Frequent bus service (number 1) between Chester and Wrexham.

The sleeping area has a king size bed, bedside cabinet, hanging rail & chest of drawers.

The lounge area has two 2 seater settees, coffee table & 40” TV, unlimited fibre broadband.

The kitchen area has a dining table & 2 chairs, full size fridge, double induction hob, air fryer, combi oven/microwave, halogen oven, dishwasher, slow cooker, steamer, toaster & kettle. Crockery, glasses, cutlery, pans etc.

Iron, ironing board and hairdryer available on request.

Own bathroom with Mira electric shower over bath.

There is a fire blanket, fire extinguisher & smoke alarm.

No WFH. No children. No drugs/smoking anywhere on the property.

We are looking for a quiet, tidy flatmate to rent 4 nights a week. Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday.

Occasional weekends negotiable for an additional fee of £20 per extra night..

Short term full time lets available for an extra £60 per week - max four weeks.
