Room To Rent For Contractors

We have a room to rent at our pub, we usually use the rooms as B&B but are happy to rent 1 room Mon-Fri to contractors needing digs.

Room has double bed, small telly with freeview, kettle & mini fridge. En suite full sized bathroom with bath, shower attachment but not a standing shower, toilet and sink. Towels and bath mats are provided.

Use of kitchen is not permitted due to health & safety.

Bedroom door locks and keys provided for rear entrance way. No access to the pub outside of opening hours.

Smoking not permitted in the room but can use rear courtyard to smoke.

Off road parking available at rear of building, and on road parking less than 1 minute walk also available.

Room is £35 per night, available Mon-Fri.
