1 double room within a 3 bed semi. the house is set in a nice area of shotton and it is in close proximity of all amenities & is also convenient for Airbus and Deeside Industrial Estate. the room for rent is a double bedroom. a suitable tenant will have access to the living room, kitchen, bathroom, patio & garden broadband & sky tv. the room would suit 1 or 2 people.. however there would be a rent adjustment for a couple. im looking for non smoker who will show respect for my home & someone who is at ease with a dog. im easy going & great to get along with.
