Double room in quiet detached countryside house

I'm ideally looking for a respectful, professional working in the area who is seeking a short term rent, however I'm open to all interested parties.

The house is a beautiful detached property in the countryside just on the outskirts of Wrexham.

The bedroom is a large double with far reaching views over the back garden and surrounding fields.

There is a shared upstairs bathroom, kitchen, lounge, downstairs toilet and garden. We also have a washing machine and dishwasher.

The property is accessible via a private drive through an electric gate and has private off road parking adjacent.

Ample of countyside walks in the area.

All bills included. Tennant is expected to tidy up after themselves however the rent also Includes weekly house clean. Ironing service available at extra cost.
