A double room is available in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, houseshare. As part of the landlord's licence, only single occupancy of each room is allowed. The house underwent a full refurbishment last year.
The house is located close to the town centre with Eagles Meadow centre around the corner. The main bus station is within easy walking distance whilst a bus to Wrexham Industrial Estate passes the bottom of the street. There is no allocated parking for the house although there is usually parking available on the road, or secure parking is available within Eagles Meadow.
The available room is on the first floor but there is a bathroom available on the ground floor as well as on the first floor. The room is South facing and so is light and warm.
There is a comfortable lounge area with dining table and a smart TV. The kitchen is separate to the lounge area. Facilities include usual kitchen appliances as well as a microwave. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the downstairs bathroom.
All utility bills (and WiFi) are included in the rent.
There is a covered rear yard as well as a garden with some seating.
Since this is a houseshare there is an expectation that the housemate should take turns with tasks to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property.
