Furnished single bedroom to rent

Lovely single room in our home, myself and my husband have this spare room to rent out to a single professional or student, female renter only please. 5 minutes walk into Wrexham town centre and 5 minutes walk into Erddig national trust estate, bus stop at the bottom of the road, our daughter is 21 and currently studying for her masters in Manchester so occasionally comes home at weekends, we also dog share and have our friends cockapoo to stay at weekends, we have a motorhome so often go away at the weekend.
I work in a school so term time only, my husband is a self employed builder.
The room has a single bed, under bed storage drawers, a wardrobe, storage chest, shelving unit, there is currently no TV but can purchase one if required.
Shared bathroom and kitchen.
Monthly rent includes WiFi and all bills, must provide own food and drink
