I have a spacious double room available upstairs in my friendly home.

a king size bed (with IKEA VESTERÖY firm mattress),
bedside table, light, mirror and a corner desk.

Towels and Bedding (duvet, pillows, linen) is optional extra, which we can discuss when viewing.

Parking is available, only we need to coordinate who needs to leave when to avoid parking each other in, or parking on the road. Easy access to Chester and Wrexham from the A483 by car. Good bus routes from Rhos and Johnstown to Wrexham, Llangollen and Oswestry.

It would be perfect for a student or young professional, but I am open to anyone if we get along well.

Please note: There is a ball-loving border collie and 4 short-haired cats, so I am looking for someone who is comfortable with them being free roaming in the house and garden.

Already have a female lodger in a second bedroom upstairs, with whom to share the upstairs bathroom.

I work from home in software development. I enjoy cooking (and am happy to cook meals together if we agree on a food budget).
On weekends, I'm normally away on a hiking adventure together with my dog, in my campervan.
