I am the home owner and require a lodger.
Clean tidy house and owner.

I work shifts , two weeks of days two nights so some one courteous to this is needed. But this also means I am out of the house quite a lot.

Light and spacious double room available in town location. Short walk to town, 2 min walk to asda.

Fully furnished house, Can provide some bed room furnishings. Clean and tidy out side space available in garage and shed for extra storage.
Fibre wifi available .

Bills included and security deposit required .
There is parking available on the street.
