The double room is fully furnished with new carpet and is private. The house has two separate sitting rooms, downstairs cloakroom, separate dining room and a kitchen with all the usual modern amenities including dishwasher, microwave etc. with full use of the utensils (these rooms being communal). Broadband is included in the rent as are all other household bills.

The house is five minutes drive from the A483, with good bus links into Wrexham and has plenty of off road parking. There’s also a large garden with seating area and BBQ.

This is a quiet and friendly home where everyone has their own space (and bathroom!). This is a beautiful home and the room really must be seen to be appreciated.
