Furnished double room

I have a double room available in the house I rent, it is furnished with a basic wardrobe, drawers, bed and bedside table. There is a shared bathroom, with a shower which is part of my ensuite bathroom.
There is a decent sized garden, and a shed.
Me, I'm a neat professional person, I'm easy going, and like to keep a tidy house, and looking for someone who would share with the housework.
I like watching movies, reading and running.
