Single Room available 5 or 7 day let

I have a single room available on either a 5 or 7 day let. Very flexible terms, on a week by week rolling let from 55-75wk (The house is on the market for sale)
The lodger must have a mature attitude be a non-smoker, like cats and not mind horses (may let you bring your own pet, sorry no dogs). I’m recently separated 35ish years old, women who tries to spend as much time as possible outside, when at home I like simple home cooked food, Netflix to relax and listening to Trance and dance music.
This is a quiet clean chilled house, within a lovely modern housing estate.
Shared kitchen. Lounge. Bathroom.
Garage available for bicycle or motor bike.
Less then a mile from the Wrexham Hospital and 2mins to the bypass
