It's quite and chilled not a party house
You can have a guest stay over 1night a week any more will increase rent,
shared bathroom and kitchen
Must share the cleaning general cleaning of toilet and dishes after use and a deep clean every other week to including hover, moping, bleaching keeps a happy house to live in.
