The house is a 3 bed end terrace in quiet area of Bodmin, 2 minute walk from the camel trail.
Plenty of parking. Garden / patio area.
One shared bathroom plus a downstairs WC. Washing machine and tumble dryer available.
Double room is master bedroom, part furnished. £150pw bills included.
I work full time mixed shifts, I'm pretty chilled and love a quiet life. The house is kept clean and tidy, its just me and my 2 friendly male pugs. Person must be in full time employment, clean/tidy, respectful and like dogs.
