Luxury lodging in large Victorian house just 8 minutes walk from Bodmin Town centre. This spacious room (Laurel) is for single occupancy. It has a double bed and a fully en-suite bathroom with bath and power shower.

Laurel comes fully furnished and includes:

• Flat screen TV, DVD player, plenty of sockets and USB points, silent room fridge and kettle
• Bedding and towels provided and laundered weekly when bedroom and bathroom are both serviced at no extra cost
• Loo rolls and liquid hand soap provided
Shared use of kitchen, dining room and garden
• cupboard space in kitchen plus fridge/freezer space
. Use of washing machine and dryer for personal laundry
• All bills included, including superfast broadband
Parking for 1 car per Lodger. Electric car charging point available

This lovely room would be suitable for a non-smoking fully employed person working daytime (not full-time from home please) who enjoys a bit of company but also respects the privacy of fellow housemates.

We (Kim and Gill) live on the premises so there’s always someone to ask if needs be.

Our rambling woodland garden is an on-going and sustainable restoration project. We re-use, recycle, compost and always try to avoid the use of synthetic chemicals. Most of our cleaning products and toiletries are plant-based and chemical-free and our furniture and furnishings are made from natural materials.
