Bright double room

Looking for a considerate clean human to share my home with.

Decent sized double room in new built house. Large outside area. Shared bathroom upstairs, second toilet downstairs. Use of kitchen, living room, washing machine. Off road parking infront of house for another car.

Myself and a lodger live here already. We're both very friendly.
I'm active and love the outdoors. Surfing, mountainbiking, lots of walking. Have a delightful dog who loves nothing more than cuddles and walks.

House is within walking distance to the hospital, camel trail and bodmin town. Bus stops nearby.

There is already one person working from home so would prefer someone who doesn't also work from home.

This is not a party house.
