House share Bodmin

Single furnished room with plenty of storage space. Shared use of facilities and allocated parking available.

One very friendly dog living here, please do not apply if you are afraid or dislike dogs of any kind. Visiting friends/family members often bring their dogs over to socialise with mine while in the area.

All bills included but if abused then a fair split of the bills will be added.

Rent to be paid in advance on first day of occupancy including the deposit. Further rent can be paid weekly or fortnightly.

Drugs or alcohol abuse will not be tolerated, if this house is brought into disripute in anyway, the occupant will be asked to leave immediately.

Transport links very close by, a30 less than 5 mins drive. I'D PREFER a female who works within the care industry like myself but not essential. References required.

Important: Clean and tidy person, willing to chip in with shared space domestic chores. Respectful of boundaries and noise levels.
