6 bedroom cottage, 1 main bathroom, 1 en-suit (not for the available room but usable), 1 downstairs WC. Large kitchen.

Large Living area downstairs with 2 lounges and a dining room. I want the tenants to use the whole house and not just their room.

5 minutes flat walk to town centre, 1 minute away from Sainsburys and the doctors surgery.

We have 1 very small dog, so please do not apply if you’re afraid of dogs.

All bills are included BUT if utilities are abused then a fair split of the bills will be added.

IMPORTANT - Rent is to be paid in advance, with 1 months rent plus the deposit to be paid on the first day of occupancy.

This is not a hotel or a BnB and as such food and supplies are not included.

Partners/friends are very welcome but if they are here for more than 2 days per week then there will be an additional cost of £50 per week, payable in advance.

As this is a family home, drug use or alcohol abuse will not be tolerate. If the house is brought into disrepute in any way then the occupants will be asked to leave immediately.
