Furnished Double room available near Bodmin

I have a spare double bedroom available for the right lodger.

I Spend most of my free time outside walking, riding my horses or out in the garden.

I moved into this property just over a month ago so there’s still plenty to do on it (mainly in the garden!) so it will improve over time. However, i have just put in a brand new bathroom ready to use.

My perfect lodger would be someone who is clean, conscientious and ideally someone who loves my dog. I work in Truro so someone who also works there could lift-share with me :)

There is off-road parking outside the front of the property.
