Hi Guys
My cosy apartment is free during the week days so I welcome a weekday guest to come and use the facilities.
Ideally this is for a working person who needs bolt hole to return to after work it's far nicer than a local b and b.
The property is ideally situated close to all the amenities Bodmin offers.
Easy private parking area for this property only.
Provided is cooking facilities, tv with sports, lounge diner, shower/bath all very clean and tidy.
Ideal warm and cosy space for a single person.
Lovely views across the road to Tremayne house.
Ideally this let would suit a working person who wants a quiet relaxed nice environment to stay in during the week and depart on Friday mornings before returning on Monday but this can be discussed.
