Room available for Professional person

I have a double room to rent in my property, the room will be furnished including double bed. The room will also have a tv, small fridge and kettle.
This room would suit a professional person who will respect his / her surroundings, the property is situated in Bodmin and within walking distance to the town. We all require our individual spaces and I would therefore asked that persons come and go as quietly as they can, the use of kitchen is permitted and all I ask is that they leave it as they find it.
