Small double room with own sink in large home

Please note this room is available after our current university student leaves at the end of July..

We are a very friendly working family, me in healthcare and my husband is a Greenkeeper/gardener. We currently have 2 male lodgers, 1 female and a son at uni who comes home from time to time. We also have occasional visitors in our other spare room.

We appreciate friendly, respectful individuals who are able to keep their room and any shared spaces clean and tidy.

The house is huge and has 3 floors...we have 2 conservatory areas, utility, large kitchen, breakfast room, library, lounge, study, 6 beds - two are ensuite, there is a house bathroom and 2 other toilets. To the rear is a garden area, decking and parking nearby.

The small double room has its own sink, small built in wardrobe, 32 inch freeview TV, radiator and shelving as well as under bed storage. This room shares the bathroom and shower with a maximum of 2 other people usually. There are 2 toilets available (the top two rooms have their own en-suites).

The house has broadband and Sky TV. We share the kitchen and lounge but it’s never crowded as all the other rooms have TV's.

We are next to a bus stop and a short walk to the town, Bodmin Beacon nature reserve and leisure centre. For hospital staff it is a 20/25 minute walk. Parking in adjacent residential roads. There is a spar shop and fish and chip shop about 5 minutes away.

We have been letting rooms in our home for about 25 years now, we also have a friendly old whippet.
