I am currently living in the flat but will be going travelling from around May. So for many stretches the flat would be very quiet. I hadn’t planned on renting the whole place out as wanted to keep some flexibility while travelling, but depending on how things go, there’s definitely potential for a lodger to have it almost entirely to themselves for longer periods (months).
