Spacious ground floor bedroom, with lovely garden and field views. The french door leads onto the veranda and round to the decking area.

Central heating in all rooms inc bathroom.

Fire regulations have been updated, as per Airbnb fire regulations policies.

Internet connection.
The room has a small DVD player and a selection of DVDs but I am not connected to main stream TV. Although most people have their own streaming accounts these days.

Other areas of the house .....
Shared Kitchen and bathroom (Just tidy up as you go), garden and decking.

Parking .. You will have your own parking space in the driveway.

10-15 mins walk into Bodmin town center 0.5 miles.
Four miles (8 mins drive) to Bodmin Parkway Railway Station. There is a bus stop a few yards up the road and another a few 100 yards down the road.
Beacon nature reserve is 200 yards from the house.
Bodmin & Wenford Steam Railway (0.3 miles, 2 mins walk).

Extra notes ...

*Important* Must have two references and ID, I will not accept a lodger without one. The references can be from a previous landlord/Lady and from your current employer.

*£20 per night for any guests/partners staying overnight, by arrangement.*
