Double room to let

I have a furnished double room available to let in modern terraced house with garden. Shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. Single occupancy is preferred (Smaller single bedroom can be let for £350 pm if preferred). Allocated parking space. Broadband available.

I am looking to let a spare room for either a short or longer term let. I don't have any strict criteria, the only expectation is that we would get on well as there is only one living room. Please contact me if you would like more details.
