Hello!
The house is located in Bridge, a little spot between Portreath and Redruth, not far from the A30. I WFH and am typically away a few days per month. I surf, like my music, out with my dog, ride my bike. Dog lives in the house, well-behaved, sociable boy.
The house is a an old terraced cottage with a decent-sized living room. The kitchen has new appliances including washing machine and big fridge - and the bathroom has bath and shower.
Bedroom has the double bed and railings to hang clothes, plus bedside table, lamp, blanket box.
Full fibre WiFi (500Mb+) and all bills are included. There is general parking in the area. Phone signal is poor for some networks (EE is okay), but WiFi calling works well for calls.
There is a little front garden that catches lots of sun (and a small back yard for drying clothes) and plenty of local green space (walks on the doorstep). Plenty nice spots for coffee and the like in Portreath, Porthtowan and beyond. Good surfing/walking/hiking.
Non-smoking inside; welcome to smoke in garden. I keep the house pretty tidy, but not OCD levels... housemate does need to be house-trained 😊
