Room for rent near Bude (live out landlord)

Hi :) we have a large double room for rent in our cosy cottage in Kilkhampton (4 miles from Bude) from the start of January 2025.
The house has 1 1/2 bedrooms, a living room with huge inglenook fireplace and projector. separate kitchen and bathroom. There’s a front garden and sunny courtyard at the back. The house is fully furnished.
We are live out landlords - we will be staying in the annexe (which has its own plot of land so completely separate and private). However we may need to stay in the spare bedroom on the odd occasion so would like someone who we can get along easily with and occasionally hang out with.
We also have a friendly collie dog, bricks.
